Send a physical standard, a drawdown, a molded part, or a PANTONE, RAL or Federal Standard 595 reference. Our technicians read it on a spectrophotometer, formulate the match in CIELAB, and confirm it in the system it will run in. Each batch ships with a certificate.
The core work is polyurethane: low-viscosity liquid pigment dispersions for cast urethane, rigid and flexible PU foam, and epoxy flooring, with the pigment package and carrier chosen for the system, dosed third-stream or as mass coloration. For TPU and other thermoplastic elastomers run through extrusion or injection molding, the color ships as masterbatch, pigment pre-compounded into a compatible carrier resin and pelletized for let-down at the press.
Heat profile, UV exposure, process and resin compatibility are part of the formulation. Dispersions and masterbatches are RoHS and REACH compliant.
